Hi There! I am Sindhu Ramachandran, I currently Manage - Learning Innovation and Tech for GESS, a division of Amazon. My standard work is to manage various aspects of GESS learning division such as managing LMS administration, reporting training metrics and designing learning - my most favorite part of the job. our team also strives to onboard latest and greatest in learning technologies in our operations

A post graduate with certification in Instructional Design From UW,  my designs are adept with adult learning principles and interactivity to keep the users engaged.

I am proficient in using ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick and other recognized models to frame and construct a course, which makes them viable for improvement and track evaluation.

Along with designing learning, I love to cook, read and travel. A good book inspires me. My current read is Radical Condor by Kim Scott. I have a happy-go- lucky 1st grader who keeps me on my toes!
