Hi, I’m Sindhu Ramachandran—I design learning experiences that don’t just teach, but stick. With 10+ years in Learning & Development, I’ve learned that great programs aren’t built in slides—they’re built in moments that spark growth, curiosity, and confidence.
At Amazon’s Global Engineering Services, I lead programs that guide employees from “day one onboarding” to “next-level leadership.” Whether it’s automating workflows to give managers back their time, or crafting global career journeys that span five regions, my focus is always the same: make learning seamless, scalable, and impactful.
I work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and storytelling. From ADDIE to AI, from micro-learnings to full-blown global workshops, I blend instructional design with modern tools like Articulate, Vyond, and Synthesia to create programs people want to engage with. The results? Faster onboarding, stronger engagement, and measurable business impact.
Outside the world of L&D, I’m a writer and lifelong reader. I’m currently bringing both passions together in a children’s book—Move Like an Animal!—which encourages kids to get active through playful storytelling. Whether it’s a corporate workshop or a picture book, my mission is the same: turn learning into an experience people remember.
